Made for your site
A spiral stair gets you up to a roof, a mezzanine or an upper floor in a fraction of the floor space a straight stair needs. We make the centre column, treads and handrail in our workshop to your floor-to-floor height, then assemble it on site.
Treads can be chequered plate for grip outdoors or plain plate ready for tiles or wood indoors, and the handrail runs the full height so the stair is safe to use every day.
How the price is worked out
A spiral stair is priced on the floor-to-floor height, the diameter, the number of treads and the plate they are cut from, the railing style and the finish. Tell us the height and the space you have, or send a photo, and we will price it.

01How much floor space does a spiral stair need?
Much less than a straight stair. The whole stair fits inside a circle, and the diameter is chosen to suit the space you have and how often the stair will be used. We measure the opening and the floor-to-floor height before we suggest a size.
02Can a spiral stair go outdoors up to the roof?
Yes. Outdoor stairs get chequered plate treads for grip in the rain, and are primed and painted to stand up to the weather.
